If you’re considering one of our Harlow Properties rentals, we’d love to welcome you. In order to help you during the move, we have compiled some information which you might find useful.

At Harlow Properties, a completed Rental Application is required before any Lease can be signed and entered into.

Click here to download a copy of the Rental Application which can be filled out, and either mailed or faxed to Harlow Properties. Once received and approved, Harlow Properties will contact you to arrange a convenient meeting time where we can sign the required Lease documents and where you can pick up your keys.

For all apartments in the Greater Moncton Area, it is necessary to use the standard lease forms approved by the provincial government.

Click here to download a copy of the Standard Lease form. Moreover, we at Harlow Properties have decided to stress certain key points in order to guarantee our tenants their peace and tranquility and have found this to be useful and beneficial for our tenants.

A security deposit of equal to one month’s rent must be paid to the Harlow Properties.

This security deposit is then sent to the provincial government’s Rentalsman Office.

At the end of the lease and provided there are no damages, the Rentalsman and you will receive a written notice indicating that you may be reimbursed your deposit as soon as possible.

Only the Rentalsman can reimburse the security deposit and in general, this only takes a few days and depends solely on the Rentalsman.

When you receive your apartment key, you will also receive 1 key for the postal box to your apartment We recommend that you inform Canada Post as quickly as possible of your new address so they can forward any new mail to you. The postal address and postal code are:

In New Brunswick, one of the telephone service providers is Bell-Aliant.

To have your telephone hooked-up, you can reach Rogers or Bell. Rogers is offering clients of Harlow Properties special pricing packages with great savings. To obtain these special packages, you must contact our dedicated Rogers representative.
